Peer Coach, Peer Advisor, or both

Peer Coaches work one-on-one with students to build academic skills and strategies and offer academic accountability. Peer Advisors serve one section of First-Year Seminar in the fall, supporting students as they transition to college by sharing their own stories, meeting one-on-one, teaching the registration (and other systems), and offering peer insights into strengths and vocation.
